The Our Voice, Our Time Project is a video-voice project that provides youth and young adults the opportunity to express their feelings and thoughts about their neighborhoods, communities, and the City of Birmingham, AL. The project is a proactive approach, using video, to empower youth and young adults to act as recorders and catalysts for change in their own communities.

The Penny Games is a flagship initiative that brings together civic dialogue, competition, and career exposure to prepare young people for leadership in a rapidly changing economy. Through debate, gaming, workforce engagement, and cultural programming, The Penny Games creates space for students to sharpen critical thinking skills, explore career pathways, and engage directly with employers and institutions.
Designed as both a competition and a convening, The Penny Games connects talent, opportunity, and community in ways that are relevant, rigorous, and future-focused.
THE BANKERS GUILD
The Bankers Guild is a professional and civic network focused on expanding access to financial knowledge, leadership development, and economic opportunity. Through programming, convenings, and partnerships, the Guild works to strengthen financial ecosystems and support pathways into banking, finance, and related industries.
